In this time there will be a set of Q&A both ways to be able to give you a customized holistic Assessment of you personally or your Organization. A Holistic Assessment refers to looking at the different aspects of you as a whole human being (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and lifestyle), or of your organization as a whole organism and specially to the human force who are the ones making the organization function. The idea is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the organism and find the best solutions for the whole organization to work better, more effectively and with harmony thus creating a good, safe, inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone in it.
