In this time there will be a set of Q&A both ways to be able to give you a customized Holistic Assessment of you personally or your Organization. If it is for you as an individual, you will receive a Holistic Assessment, which refers to looking at the different aspects of you as a whole human being (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and lifestyle). Then, you will be advised on steps to follow for yourself depending on what you want to heal and change in your life. We will also see if more sessions are needed and both parties agree on continuing, then we can find the best possible package that fits for you. If it is for your Organization, The Holistic Assessment refers to seeing the organizations as a whole organism. Looking at its parts and aspects. The idea is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the organism and find the best solutions for the whole organization to work better, more effectively and with harmony thus creating a good, safe, inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone in it.
